It looks like the crew of the Caribbean Sea are in a world of trouble for not monitoring the VHF radio. Other mariners in the vicinity heard the captain of the DUKW passenger boat calling the tug and barge but there apparently was no answer. So far the crew of the Caribbean Sea are holding to their Fifth Amendment rights and refusing to talk or meet with NTSB Investigators. I'm sure the Coast Guard has already conducted the mandatory drug and alcohol tests.~seabgb
